What if you
didn’t rush into summer…

What if you arrived there, rooted, radiant, & deeply connected?

In the week before the Summer Solstice, when the sun stretches long across the sky & the earth hums with quiet anticipation, we gather in the ancient embrace of the Appalachian Mountains.

These mountains have stood for millions of years. They know something about steady growth. About becoming without urgency. About rising in their own time.

And in their presence, so do we.

The days leading to the Solstice are a sacred threshold, a fertile pause between intention & expression, planting & bloom. It is the inhale before the celebration. The moment where we choose what we want to carry into the brightest days of the year.

Why join us?

  • Because growth happens best in good company.
  • Because joy multiplies when it’s shared.
  • Because your inner fire deserves tending.

Together, through holistic yoga, meditation, ritual, spacious time in nature, laughter, and soulful conversation, we prepare our bodies and spirits for the height of summer.

We attune to the rising light.

We listen for what is ready to grow.

We strengthen what is already taking root.

We prune what no longer blooms.

The Turning Point

There is something ancient & powerful about gathering before a seasonal turning point.

Humans have done this for centuries; circling fires, singing to the sun, honoring the earth’s rhythms as their own. When we gather in this way, we remember:

  • You are not separate from nature.
  • You are not meant to grow alone.
  • Joy is a practice.
  • Belonging is medicine.

This is not yet the peak of summer’s energy.
This is the sacred preparation for it.

As the sun climbs higher each day, we gather our energy with devotion, so when the Solstice arrives, we meet it grounded, clear, & alive. Not scattered. Not depleted. But rooted & ready.

This is your pre-Summer Solstice rising.

Come spark your inner fire.
Come ground into the wisdom of the earth.
Come belong to a circle that lifts you.
Come celebrate the joy of being alive in this season of light.

Ignite. Root. Belong. Celebrate.
