Jot Anant came to her Yoga practice during a time of great inner turmoil, wrestling with how to live authentically in a world that seems to tell us we must all live a certain way.
She felt disconnected, lost, and confused, but found that practicing Yoga in community began to shift something deep inside of her. The first years of her practice were focused on the physical aspects, but slowly over time the deeper teachings began to seep in and left her seeking more.
After years of travel, self study, personal practice, and teaching she has found how a holistic and authentic Yogic lifestyle brings balance, harmony, connection, and deep inner peace. She truly believes that this practice has the capacity to change the world, one practitioner at a time.
