A little about me
I came to Yoga during a time of deep inner questioning, searching for a way to live more authentically in a world that often asks us to disconnect from ourselves.
What began as a physical practice slowly unfolded into a profound spiritual path, one rooted in presence, community, service, & remembrance.
Through years of study, travel, teaching, & deep personal practice, I discovered that Yoga is not simply something we do on a mat, but a way of relating to life with greater awareness, compassion, & devotion.
My work now weaves together Yoga, sound healing, bodywork, ritual, & embodied practices to support others in finding balance, connection, purpose, & inner peace.
I believe deeply in the transformative power of these teachings & in the healing that becomes possible when we come together in authentic community.

What This Work Supports
Whether you are moving through stress, transition, grief, burnout, or simply seeking deeper connection to yourself, these practices offer grounding, support, & reconnection.
Through Yoga, bodywork, sound healing, breathwork, & private sessions, this work supports the body & mind in returning to a more regulated, present, & integrated state of being.
Rather than offering a single path or outcome, these practices meet you where you are, working through the body, breath, nervous system, & awareness to support both healing & embodiment.
While each offering is unique, they all point toward the same invitation: returning to wholeness through embodied awareness & connection.
And importantly, this process is supported in community. We are not meant to do this work alone.
Over time, this work can help you:
- Feel more grounded and present in your life
- Develop a deeper relationship with your body
- Regulate stress and restore balance in the nervous system
- Cultivate clarity, resilience, and self-awareness
- Reconnect with meaning, purpose, and inner alignment
- Move through life with greater authenticity and ease

"Jot Anant was one of the head teachers of my 200 hour teacher training. Although our time together was short, she continues to be a shining example of how to conduct myself as a yoga teacher."
Gregory Stavrakas
Yoga Student"Jot Anant offers an authentic yoga class. I’d been searching for a teacher who went beyond poses and exercise. She clearly explains different expressions of the pose, so you can tailor your practice to what serves your body best that day."
Sharon Saltzgiver
Retreat Attendee"I am so grateful to have found Jot Anant’s offerings online. I've done yoga on and off for the past 30 years and have always really enjoyed it, but it has never moved me as much as when I take Jot’s classes."
Candice Janco
Online Student"Jot has provided me with many tools to dive deeper into myself that I am beyond grateful for. She is full of so much wisdom, knowledge and valuable teachings. Her passion for yoga glows from her being and constantly inspires me to dive in deeper to the teachings. "
