A Different Kind of Practice
Rooted & Regulated is a 4-week virtual journey designed to support your nervous system while gently reconnecting you to your body—physically, mentally, and energetically.
This isn’t about intensity or performance.
It’s about slowing down enough to feel, reset, and return to yourself.


what to expect
Over four Monday evenings (5:30–6:45pm), you’ll move through a progressive, supportive arc:
✨Week 1 — Root
Yin-based shapes to ground the body and release deep tension in the fascia
✨Week 2 — Flow
Slow, mindful movement guided by breath to build awareness and ease
✨Week 3 — Regulate
Simple, effective tools to support nervous system balance through breath and gentle movement
✨Week 4 — Restore
Restorative postures and deep rest to integrate and replenish
How This Practice Supports You
Each session is designed to help you leave feeling:
more grounded, more open, more connected to yourself.
And over time, your body begins to recognize what ease actually feels like again.
This series is open to all levels, no prior yoga experience needed. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected, this is a place to begin again.
Rest isn’t something you have to earn.
And you’re not something that needs fixing.
Sometimes, what you need is a space where your system can soften….and finally exhale.
