Holistic Yoga Connects You to Your Innate Wholeness

At some point in life, most of us experience disconnection; from ourselves, our bodies, & a deeper sense of meaning.

We’re often taught, directly & indirectly, that fulfillment exists outside of us: in achievements, relationships, possessions, or constant self-improvement. Yet Yogic wisdom offers a different remembering, that wholeness is not something to attain, but something we return to.

A holistic Yoga practice supports us in clearing the layers that cloud our perception, so we can meet life with greater clarity, presence, & compassion. As this unfolds, we begin to recognize both our shared humanity & our inherent connection to something greater than ourselves.

Donation Based Yoga Classes

Classes integrate the full scope of a holistic Yoga practice, including asana, breathwork, mantra, meditation, & Yogic philosophy.

Rooted in the tradition of Akhanda Yoga Institute, meaning “whole & indivisible,” these practices are designed to support integration across all layers of being; physical, energetic, emotional, mental, intuitive, & spiritual.

All classes are offered in the spirit of accessibility & community care.

Retreats & Trainings

Immersive spaces for those who feel called to deepen their practice & explore Yoga as a way of life.

Retreats offer time to step away from daily routines in order to reconnect more fully with yourself, nature, & practice.

Teacher Trainings are open not only to those who wish to teach, but also to dedicated students seeking a strong foundation in Yoga for personal growth & spiritual development.
